Untuk keep in shape dan memenuhi muwasafat qawiyul jismi aku cuba istiqamah berjogging sepanjang duduk St. Petersburg. Post ini nak bagi aku ingat dan supaya boleh istiqamah walaupun selepas balik Malaysia nanti.
